The work deals with the safety of technological systems and can be divided into two main thematic units. The attention in the first theoretic unit is paid to aspects that affect the safety of technological systems during their technical life. It describes, together with elementary norms and acts solving the products safety, the most important principles for creating and analysing the safety. It clarifies the origin of company’s risk management, part of its quality management, mentions the faults in which products can be found and also describes the failures which have the biggest effect on these faults and of course on the safety too. Attention is further paid to the reliability analysis, as the tool that helps to create the products safety in the pre-manufacturing phase and also to technical diagnostic, as the tool to keep the safety in after-manufacturing phase. The second practical unit arithmetically analyses the safety of two high-voltage transformers. For that it was used the database of real operation numerical values that were gained during diagnostic investigations on these transformers. In addition it describes mentioned diagnostics methods and gives the new procedure for analyse of transformers’ safety by criteria matrix and weighted sum approach. The main contribution of the work can be considered the checkout and the evaluation of this procedure for use in elaboration of high-voltage transformers diagnostic values for analyzing their safety.

Analysis of options for terrorist attacks using hazardous chemical substances
MARKOVÁ, Markéta
This diploma thesis is focused on issues of terrorist attacks using improvised explosive device made of precursors of explosives, whereas attention was paid especially peroxide and nitrate explosives. The main reason for choosing the chemicals was their frequent use in terrorist attacks in the European union. The aim of diploma thesis was evaluate practicability of terrorist attacks with improvised explosive devices made of precursors of explosives in state territory of the Czech republic. For objective evaluation the current situation data from Global Terrorist Index reports and Europol were used. In practical part of thesis the multi-criterion decision-making method, specifically weighted sum method was used and applied to selected chemicals. The application of the method reflected the interaction of key factors that affect the final choice of substance by the perpetrator. Among the mentioned key factors are availability of chemicals, accessibility and comprehensiveness of instructions, possible risks of handling of chemicals or the difficulty of initiating of selected explosives. Based on obtained results was created a list of suitable chemicals for production of improvised explosive devices. The results showed certain shortcomings in the area of security of precursors of explosives, consequence was proposing measures for improving security of mentioned chemicals. In spite of fact, that precursors of explosives do not represent so severe threat like abuse of chemicals, biologicals or radiological substances is necessary to concentrate on their security. The reason is considerable potential for misuse of explosives precursors due to their easy availability. The thesis provides a relatively comprehensive overview of the issue and is designated primarily for the professional public.
Choice of the Optimal Product Life Insurance for the Chosen Client
KULASOVÁ, Aneta
Nowadays, life insurance is a necessity, however insurance market is very confusing. In many cases, client chooses a life insurance that is not suitable for his needs. Also, they pay too much for a product of life insurance, which is not optimal for them. Bachelor thesis focuses on this issue. The purpose of this thesis is to choose an optimal product for a specific type of client and to map the insurance market. It is very important to explain basic terms, that help client to understand the area of life insurance. In theoretical part there are explained basic expressions, which help us to understand the area of life insurance. In the practical part there are several offers for each client from insurance companies. Insurance companies are selected according to market share in Czech Republic. In the bachelor thesis are used a few criteria, which are key for a client for example price of insurance (paid monthly) or damages for individual risks. Offers are compared by using the methods of polycriterial evaluation of variants. Specifically, are used method of order and method of weighted sum. After that, the most suitable product is offered to the client. Life insurance product Allianz ŽIVOT from Allianz insurance company was evaluated as the optimal product for two from tree clients. For one client was optimal product from Generali Česká insurance company.

Slabochová, Eliška ; Brožová, Helena (advisor) ; Andrea, Andrea (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with multi-criteria decision in a choice of white electronics and is divided into two main parts. The first part is a literature review and the second part is an analytical part named White electronics for students household. The first, theoretical part is dealing with basic issues, in which are explained fundamental terms of decisions, multicriteria decision and multicriteria analysis of options. The greatest attention is given to chapter of multicriteria evaluation of alternatives. In this chapter are described terms like variant, criterion or weight. This chapter included clasification of multicriteria analysis of options, methods of determining the weights of criteria and methods, which deal with multicriteria analysis of options. The biggest part of these methods is about the method of weighted sum. This method was used for calculations in the analytical part. In the last part of the literature review is described program MCAKOSA. This programme was used for the second part of bachelor thesis. In the analytical part are explaned results of questionnare survey. This survey is named White electronics for students household. Parametres of selected types of appliances and choice of the most appropriate variants of this appliances are described in the analytical part. The choice had two steps. The first step was assessment of weights for each criterion by scoring method. The second step was choice of variants by method of weighted sum.
